Hello!

NSAA manages volunteer scheduling with the VolunteerLocal platform. The good news is there are no passwords to remember!

1.  If you have volunteered for NSAA in previous years:
  • Your information has most likely been transferred into VolunteerLocal.
  • Click Access Your Profile button shown below.
  • If you are not listed in the VolunteerLocal system, you will likely have to press the back button to return to this page. Please review the instructions in Section 2. If you need to create a profile and complete the fields under Section 3. Volunteer Profile Information. Be sure to click the Complete Application button after signing the waiver.
2.  If you need to create a profile:
  • Volunteer profiles are the combination of a volunteer NAME and volunteer EMAIL ADDRESS.
  • If more than one person is associated with an email address, no problem! Each name & email combination is a separate user.
  • Please take note to use your preferred name to be used as part of your profile identifier  (Sue vs Suzie or Dave vs David, etc.).
  • Using different names will result in unintended multiple profiles. Sue Johnson with the email address of sue@gmail.com is different than Suzie Johnson with the email address of sue@gmail.com.
During this time of implementing the new platform, we will be monitoring registrations with the platform and may contact you with questions.

~With gratitude for your time.

Lauri Bassett
NSAA Volunteer Coordinator
